ADPRAC couldn’t be simpler we pay the best rates to the worker, at the cheapest rates to the Trusts. We manage this by being a wing of a much larger company; and making our priority being fair to all parties by taking smaller business margins. Increasingly, UCC’s and Trusts are coming to us first because we are able to attract the very best practitioners by paying them more but also because the ADPRAC badge is one of clinical quality. Our aim is to find, attract, and employ the top 10% of all clinical staff groups whether it’s ENPs/ACPs/ECPs or our Assessment Nurses and Assistants. Our interview processes contain clinical OSCEs to help us get a feel for staff and we will not employ people with less then 3 years experience at their level. We also work with all of our new starters to ensure that we are delivering what it says on the tin….
